About Austin Hehir

Austin lives with his wonderful fiance and their dog in Charleston, SC, where he continues writing his short stories, reviews, and novels. He spends weekends kayaking the creeks and waterways of the Lowcountry. Coming from a large family, he enjoys volunteering in the community and playing ice hockey at the local rink. His works span a wide range of genres, from poems and short stories to reviews and technical papers. He is currently working on his novels, Angels in the Oaks and Whitewashed and serves as the Chapter Head for the Charleston Branch of the South Carolina Writers Association (SCWA).
